如果客户迟迟没做决定,不回复:
7) For this project, do you have an estimated time frame? 转移话题,问他在这个项目上,有没有大概的时间要求?
8) If there is any information lacking from our side which may assist your process, please let me know. 如果我们这边还需要补充什么信息的,请告诉我们。
9) I'm touching base again, because the products we recommended
would be helpful for you to generate more sales.
我这边再联系你,是因为推荐的这些产品,可以帮你赢得更多的销售。
10) Just a friendly follow up about the advance payment for new order. Raw material cost fluctuate heavily recently. Kindly arrange at your earliest to lock the price.
这边想跟进下新订单的预付款。材料价格波动得很厉害。麻烦尽快安排,锁定价格。

不适用于首次跟进客户。报价/发合同等暂时无回应的,可以用常规跟进句型。
至少在跟进客户2次后无回复后,时间间隔至少3-4天以上,才建议发给客户。
询问缘由可以按照自身情况,调整问题内容。

1.if the MOQ problem
- we can support you 100kgs as the first cooperation to try the market
2. lf the shipping cost of the sample
-A. you can just transfer us some deposit, we'll return it to you when
you confirm the order.
-B.in order to show our sincerity, we can bear half of it and you afford
the balance, how's your idea?
3. lf the price
You can test our sample at first, after getting the good feedback, shall we discuss price again basic on it's real values?
4. lf the payment terms
We can support you 50% T/T in advance,balance against the B/L at sight. Also L/C will be acceptable.
Or do you still have any other worries, pls be frankly let me know so that
we could know how to help you.
